kankle

That is what you get when you try to run down a trail faster than a pup.

Still a nice day up in the mtns.

Here is a little look at that happy place.

Tired

After a long day with plenty of time in the orange saddle, this is how I felt...

5am

Never like to hear the alarm at 5am...

But today is this.

So I was up early to do this...

Not the real route since there was some sweet singletrack along Mag that doesn't get put on a map...

For the special day I wore my sleeveless Swobo beer mug jersey (zipper all the way up all the way up the mtn) along my winter shoe covers just to keep Thorny wondering how hot my feet are and how bad they must stink.

Made a quick stop at Singletracks Coffee Shop in Ned for some food and drink. Ran into a crew of people riding to Boulder for the day.

This is for Psmurf, he likes to keep track of what Young G$ is up to.

This picture is from when he was just red # 7 pup and he lived north of Fort Collins, near the Wyoming border. Now he kicks it in The Republic and goes by George aka Young Geezy, G Money, G pup, G$...

Commute

Some other people have some nice routes to work.

Daily Camera

But none of them get to ride up or down the Shelf Road to Eldo, too bad for them.

Sunday

Is not a day for rest.

Headed west again, up Boulder Canyon to Magnolia, up to Peak to Peak, stopped in Ned for some cold press coffee, north to Ward, north to Overland Ranch Road, down to Jamestown, down to Olde Stage, up and over and back home.

Nice day to be out.

Head West

Drove out 4th of July rd and hiked up close to the Continental Divide. Turned back before the top of the pass due to the weather. I was tired, G pup was tired, mission accomplished...
